PEAR, ARUGULA, PARMESAN, AND WALNUT SALAD

· Williams pears: 2
· Grana Padano DOP: 100 g
· Walnut kernels: 50 g
· Extra virgin olive oil "Il Cavallino Special Edition": 30 g
· Fine salt: as needed
· Balsamic vinegar: as needed

To prepare the pear, arugula, Parmesan, and walnut salad, start by washing the arugula. Then, dry it with a kitchen towel or use a salad spinner and place it in a bowl. Also, wash the pears, cut them into wedges, and peel them, removing the core as well.
Next, thinly slice the pears and add them to the arugula, gently mixing to avoid breaking the pear slices. Coarsely chop the walnuts and add them to the salad. Use a grater to shave the Grana Padano into thin shavings and add them as well. Mix again, then season with salt, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Give it a final mix, and your pear, arugula, Parmesan, and walnut salad is ready to be served!
